Changing device for trade in

Samsung, you are a hot mess.

I noticed used phones that qualify for the trade in have gone up in price on eBay. Ive gotten s5s easily for $60 in great shape, now people want $90 for a phone "in great shape, just ignore the screen burn!"

So my dilemma is I ordered a Note 8 and the s8 Active, separate orders. I choose s5 for both, I have 1 and want to get the $99 iPhone from Walmart. I called and asked how I can change and was told to cancel my order and reorder. Active has a 3 week backorder already, and Im not cancelling my Note order, again.

Exactly! I wonder how many went out and bought a used phone to actually trade since they probably didn't even have one of the phones on the list anymore.
