changing roms Galaxy s3 i9300

Im new to rooting phones. I have rooted my phone and flashed liquid smooth 4.2.2 on it and i was getting no service. I don't know what to do so i thought about flashing cm10 on it but im not sure how. any help is appreciated. i have a galaxy s3 i9300 (the international version)

What EVER you do, do not flash a ROM meant for the AT&T Galaxy S3. (You're in the AT&T forum, you realize?)
