Changing the LED Color?

So, my best friend has a Droid 2, right? Well he has this app, I think it's called missed call or something or another, and it allows him to change the color of the LED for his notifications and what not. We tried it on my (ever so wonderful) brand new HTC Inspire. (For the record, I'm in love with it.)
But yeah. It's not working, and we did everything right.

Help?

Probably means that the Notification LED isn't changeable then.

Some phone will allow access to changing it some do not.

Check out "light flow" in the android market. There may be other, free, apps as well. I know some of the sms apps allow you to change the led color as well.
