Yet the Verizon sales rep and the manager on duty both swore to me that the Charge could absolutely do simultaneous data and voice on 3G, without using 4G or WiFi... I assume this means that I can't trust them to give me any accurate technical info about any of their phones.![]()
There's a fine line between getting good info out of them, or having them tell you what you want to hear.
#1: Don't show them your wallet until after you ask questions
#2: Don't tell them that you're interested in purchasing today
#3: Listen closely, if you hear a faint "cha-ching" or see dollar-signs in their eyes, learn to walk away.
If any of the above occur, make sure you're carrying a BS-meter.
