Charging problems (again)

My battery depleted to zero and it's been over 2 hours and my battery is only at 34%. GSAM and another battery app reported it's getting 1200mA draw from the plug, GSAM said 7 hours to completion and the other an hour something

What's going wrong with my battery? I also couldn't get NFC to do anything earlier and I know the NFC chip is in the battery. It would turn on, but wouldn't do anything

Factory reset your phone or buy a new battery and charger, your best bets.
