Chat bubbles

Before the beta, I only had one app set up for chat bubbles and that was FB messenger. And my bubbles would show up on the right part of the screen.

After the beta I turned bubbles on for regular messages and those bubbles showed up on the left side of the screen. I got annoyed with messages being in bubbles so I turned that off.

Now I can't get messenger bubbles to stay on the right side of the screen and it's really annoying. Is there. Way to set this?

That is quite a weird bug. I don't have a solution, but it is worth sending feedback to both Google, using the feedback app and to Facebook. Let FB know you are using Android 11 beta.

Don't have FB but I can confirm that the Messages bubble wants to stay on the left side. Seems like it transferred this preference to FB. Bubbles were very annoying for me. Turned them off. I don't see any benefit from the existing notifications. To each his own.
