Did ya'll know Google Now will provide directions to places that you have been in the past and are close to again. I was in the Bay Area for a week in the beginning on July. I arrived back in the Bay area yesterday afternoon. Around dinner time, I had directions in Google now for three of the restaurants that I visited back in July. I didn't do any searching in Google either time. I will admit that I do have the checkboxes for Google's Location server and Location & Google Search. Location & Google Search does say "Let google use your location to imporve search results and other services". I guess I didn't snap to the fact that it would look at where I've been in the past and provide directions to those locations when I'm close to them again.
