Wow, it's amazing the difference buttermilk makes in pancakes. They get so light and airy and sponge like. I will never make pancakes without it again. Lol. Good thing I made extra. Might be lunch and dinner, lol.

Truth.

Pancakes without buttermilk, are like chili without cumin. It's the magic ingredient.

Haha, I haven't tried bacon, but I have done 50/50 ground beef/pork sausage.

I'm a little ashamed right now that I've never used the bacon in it. Remedied next batch!

Lol!! Cubed steak, ground pork sausage, bacon. Win the game.

I apologize. You are 100% correct.

Edit: proof of this is the stew I made a couple weeks ago. It had old peculier, and it was indeed... magical.

Also, would have watched that jump if the Ravens weren't playing right now.
