You will have to remove the files using adb in recovery most likely.

I'm running with the Galaxy Nexus and it has issues right now. Likely from abuse as a hotspot for thousands of hours on end. Here are my two options:
- stick with the Galaxy Nexus and Nexus 7, order a shiny new Nexus 10.
- order a shiny new Nexus 4 to replace the one that I broke, keep the Nexus 7, $100 extra in the development budget.
So I get either a Nexus 4 or a Nexus 10. I can't decide. I do really want a 10 for personal use, but I need a working phone for development. The Galaxy Nexus would work, but not quite as well as the 4.
