By the end of the year i will have a new syndrome,the "did that just blink?" syndrome. I love the new notification led,but still..

I usually set my notification lights to a white, always-on setting. At least when the device supports it (looking at you, HTC).

So what the good folks at Google have the new nexus 7 set to by default? The led is useful but I haven't' had a device with notification led in a couple years..so it will take some getting used to.

Also I am having serious doubt's about using a custom ROM on the new nexus,which is strange for me. But for some reason I just Don't feel its needed. One thing I don't know if I can or am willing to loose is the "virtual surround sound" feature because it just helps with sound quality so much. At firs i was ready to hack this thing to oblivion..but now I am not so sure. Yup that's just how good the stock ROM is.

Besides the screen and speakers(which continue to impress).The battery life continues to amaze me. I just can't seem to kill this thing.

Just got my amazon notification, the n7 I ordered shipped today, will be here tomorrow. I have an amazon fulfillment warehouse 10 miles from my house. Guess I will be taking the Walmart one back. I did get a $18 discount and 6 months promo financing through Amazon. Since I did get a 32 GB one, maybe I can throw it on the eBay to make a profit...what does chatter think?
