Okay so I know that Jelly Bean just came out and it's AMAZING! But I was wondering if there are any phones that either updated to it or were shipped with it that are under $250? I'm looking for a good phone that is AT&T or T-Mobile and that's about it. THANKS! :D

Jelly Bean came out nine months ago. Wouldn't exactly say it "just came out".

And do you mean under $250 on-contract or unlocked? If you mean on-contract, pretty much every smartphone will be that cheap. But on-contract, the closest you'll get with a good phone is the Nexus 4, for $299 on the Google Play Store.

I would check eBay for something at that price. I got a refurb galaxy nexus for Verizon with jelly bean for $180. It has been perfect so far and came looking brand new.

I mean unlocked, but it doesn't necessarily have to be unlocked since I could do that on my own

The Sony Xperia L is coming out soon. Going to be closer to $400, though. But, it's going to be unlocked and ship with Jelly Bean.

Go with Virgin mobile and get the Samsung galaxy victory. It is $249 and runs jelly bean. Best non-contract phone I've ever owned.

In this budget, Jelly beans phones are not possible. Jelly beans OS is available in Samsung Galaxy S3, Galaxy Nexus, Sony Xperia S, HTC One X+ etc. Firstly increase your budget then you can enjoy this OS.

HTC one, EVO 4g LTE, etc can all be had for that place and are great

Quick eBay search shows you can get a Gnexus for has little has $129.95. Your best bet is to check eBay. Or, you could spend 300 dollars and get the Nexus 4.

You plan to root? Because that changes the game lol
If so just get a Samsung skyrocket!

Do some more research buddy. I wont even answer this any further. There are more phones in his price range with JB.

Got it. The Nexus S is a phone with Jelly Bean (4.1). You can find it on Ebay unlocked for an average of $150.

It might not be possible to get a GNex that cheap.

I've seen a lot of gnexes for $150-$220! I forgot to mention that... But make sure you root, stock gnex is way to slow imo
