Check your charger connection

Not sure what you're referring here.

Let me see if I can ask a different way, your having problems charging your device in the car using not original cables and charger, am I correct?
Both,car,charging phone have problems. 69%,79%,80% inaccurate stop work charging. Restart all over ,refresh system, troubleshooting etc, system ui isn't read charging it annoy it. Running diagnostic carefully read. Ain't lie to you
 
Make sure the charger port at the bottom is free from debris and get an original cable and charger to test if works , otherwise try diagnostic menu for battery and cables either in settings>device care>diagnostic or Samsung members app if it doesn't show in settings

Otherwise you need a repair shop to do further diagnostic

I did. It same . Turn on charging
 
This device is old enough to be malfunctioning due to wear and tear. It looks like it is dicontinued on Samsung's site. The repair cost may be almost as much as a new low end device. That may be another option to consider.
