Cheetah Mobile's Piano Tiles is spyware? Runs in background, unnecessary permissions!

You may or may not have heard of Cheetah Mobile or Clean Master. Clean Master is an app made by Cheetah Mobile that claims to protect your device from malware and speed it up. But it uses misleading tactics such as fake virus popup ads to lead users into downloading it and realistically the app doesn't do much to speed up your phone. It's basically MyCleanPC on Android. Strangely, Cheetah Mobile also makes the Piano Tiles aka Don't Tap the White Tile games. On iOS, the game is published under the name of "Cheetah Mobile". On Android it is published under " Clean Master Games", which is weird, but the logos in the game still reference Cheetah Mobile. Piano Tiles is really popular. The second version requires a load of weird permissions including Camera and Microphone. Both Piano Tiles 1 and 2 run in the background. But I'm sure that Google and Kasper sky would have caught them if they were spyware. What's going on here?

As I was typing this, Piano Tiles 1 background process restarted!

After I uninstalled Piano Tiles 1, Piano Tiles 2, the version I play, started in the background!
