hi guys just a quick one , just got my droid 3 rooted , its actually my first rooted phone , my question , is there any roms available for my device , i just downloaded rom manager and my phone is not listed there can you please advise me

Not all phones are supported by ROM Manager. Your best option is to go to the device section for your phone here at Android Central and check the rooting/hacking section and they should have a list of available ROMs.
