Chrome bookmarks wont sync on N4?

I just received my replacement N4 and I'm noticing that it will not sync with any bookmarks that I add in Chrome from my laptop? Any fix for this issue?

Yes, double check your settings. Mine syncs with my PC.

Yes all settings are sync'd. I don't get it. Started when my replacement N4 arrived.
