Chrome for ICS

Im loving it but will probably not make it as my daily browser. I love quick controls to much. I only like using desk top sites. Browser + is still my #1

I have been using ICS Browser+ and can't give up the quick controls, even though this new chrome is VERY fast

Seriously I know this is beta and what not.........but no flash support from the jump is a sad.

I see all the comments about desktop vs mobile sites, but I'm getting the desktop version of websites anywhere I go... I haven't done anything special...

Anyone know how/if you can do tilt scrolling on a tablet? I have enabled. Can't seem to get into stack viewing.

definitely has potential...
as soon as they add 'force desktop version' and flash Im totally switching...

love the ability to immediately view all the tabs I have open on my laptop... will come in handy at work when Im researching something and need to quickly show it to someone else....

Haven't used it a lot let because I'm on my laptop right now, but so far it looks promising. Can't wait to give it a good workout.

Holy crap. Chrome is pretty sweet, but ICS browser + is just phenomenal!! Never even knew it existed, thank you!

I love being able to swipe left or right to switch between tabs.

Best browser I've used yet. So glad to be on ICS already and not waiting and waiting and waiting for an update :-)

Any way to permanently switch to Full Versions of websites? I can't find a way. There's no way they left that feature out. If so, they're starting to look like Apple, taking big features away from users.

This is a benefit of Nexus ownership that seems to be often overlooked. We not only get the latest OS, but all the new goodies first :D

Quite a comparison there. You should stay away from beta tests and early software versions then - or you'll find that every software company is like Apple.

I like this for the most part, especially swiping between tabs and syncing desktop but I wish there was a way to request desktops sites. There also seems to be lag when I'm typing in a URL which is annoying, but not bad enough to keep me from using it. Anybody else experiencing this?

Is there a proxy setting that I can change in browser? The uni wifi connects to a certain proxy address, and even though I am connected to it chrome is not able to load pages. The stock browser works fine with the same wifi connection. Perhaps I have to change it in the desktop since the settings are linked to the one account?
