chrome lag

Anyone know how to stop chrome lagging?

I simply switched to the built in browser for that. I have gotten much better performance after rooting and installing slimrom 1.1. It has made a huge difference in day to day performance, scrolling is also much smoother in nearly every single app that I use.

Try to turn off java. You'll see a massive boost. I know its not a real fix, as you can't really run without it. It seems the phone has big problems with java. UC browser is the only thing to run properly. But I don't like the blowded "suggestions page".

Is chrome Dev any better....Firefox keeps crashing

Chrome dev is almost the same.

Chrome does not seem to lag to me, but I seldom use it. Opera beta has really surprised me for it's smoothness. Love the text wrap feature also. It has become my main browser.
