Chrome not working correctly anymore, 2 different phones.

I have been having problems with Chrome on both my phones lately. 2 different phones, both on different networks, an LG V30 on Verizon and a Note 9 on AT&T, so it's not the phone software. When I do a search on either one it doesn't do anything it just sits there with the search information I'm looking for and does not display any results. This acts the same on both phones. Anyone else notice this problem?

Does this happen on both wi-fi and mobile data? Have you already tried clearing the Chrome app cache? Does this persist in Safe Mode?
