chrome on my tablet

I have an envizen tablet. And the new update for chrome is kinda broken. Here's what I'm talking about. (Check screenshot)

The problem is I can't move between tabs. Is this a problem for anyone else? It was fine before the update. And the problem seems to be in chrome beta too.

I am not sure what to suggest. Chrome updated for me and now looks like a pop up window. I am considering a different bowser.

Which one did you get? I settled on Boat Browser.
