Circle Weather does not udate correctly from Accumeather

My Droid Razr Maxx HD - the circles weather cirlce shows an incorrect (old) temperature, even after the time shown as last update. Clicking to see "more details" takes you tot he mobile Accuweather site which displays the correct information. This is a stock Droid Razr Maxx - not rooted or otherwise altered.
How can I fix this?

I'm having much the same problem. The weather conditions shown in the widget are ofter several hours behind, causing incorrect conditions to be displayed. I'd like to know how to adjust the update timing, or possibly how to link to a different weather app. Alternatively, I'd like to replace it with a widget with similar appearance and function (I actually like the widget if it would work correctly.) Any suggestions
