Clear All System Cache

So what gets deleted if I do this? Will it mess with my apps? I'm using Samsung +.

No apps or settings gets deleted, it just does what it says, clear system cache files, like temp files that get accumulated as it supposed to help on faster access in the whole system by using the cached files.

I clear them after every OS update or if I notice any weird behavior or glitches.
