How can I move pics from clip tray to photos

Welcome to Android Central! Not all LG phones have the Clip Tray feature (which allows you to save multiple items to the clipboard). Check the phone's manual -- if there's no mention of a Clip Tray, then it only has the standard clipboard function, which can only hold one item at a time (and I'm not sure if it can hold something as big as a photo). Instead of trying to copy a photo to the clipboard, I suggest downloading the photo to your device.
