Clock app icone turned 90° to the left

[Android Central Question]

Since I installed Android 8.1.0 I noticed something weird with my alarm clock app (called just "Clock", version 8.0.00.39)

Sometimes the icone is turned 90 degrees to the left whereas some other times it is normal, how it should be. Does someone know why and if I can fix it?

Here is the screenshot. The phone is a Samsung SM-J530F. I noticed that it is not always turned 90° but it randomly rotates.

It's showing you the correct time. It doesn't randomly rotate. It actually works as a clock. The hands are in the 10:24 position. You may want to check it out at midnight.
