Thats right, fire up rom manager and it should prompt you to update to v2.5.1.2
So far i notice a few subtle differences in the menus, and its a little faster wiping/navigating.
Im not sure, but hopefully this adds support for the newer Hboots, and newer hardware versions.

Enjoy!

Edit-another update has been pushed, v3.0.0.0
Its orange.

Hey I gots, I actually just put this in a PC36IMG.zip in another thread for someone who had trouble updating. May be helpful here:

clockwork recovery v2.5.0.1 http://www.mediafire.com/?nq9ddu89ijvqv10 *Compatible with early hboots
clockwork recovery v3.0.0.0 http://www.mediafire.com/?w01jvuft1fozdtj *Newest version for hboot 2.10

To install, copy the PC36IMG.zip file to your sd card. Power down your phone, press the volume down button and power button at the same time, release your fingers only when the white screen turns on. If your phone is in bootloader it will pause for a second, read the file and ask if you want to update, press yes. If your phone boots to fastboot, select bootloader and hit yes to update after it scans the file.

You can also install any version of clockworkmod recovery through Rom Manager (I put these here because some folks here - me included - and over at XDA had some problems restoring with the new version of clockwork on old hboots).

I also tweeted @koush and asked about the partition updates, I'll update this post when/if he replies.

I've been using AMON... I know I know... Blasphemy Considering how much I hate it...

Myn Plays nice with it soooooo yea

Mine came up and didnt do anything. Now wont let me even switch to clockwork from Amon Ra.
gives an error flashing recovery

Clockwork never works on my phone, doesn't clear dalvik, flashing roms causes bootloops... I have to use AR

I used to live by ClockWork but everyone over at XDA said to use AmonRa Recovery. I check ROM manager and it was already updated for me. I think I set it for auto update.

Updated through Rom Manager and reboots got stuck in bootloader. Thanks to the PC.zip by thefredelement, flashed that and all is updated and working.

Still green.

I use Clockwork for my backups because I can name them. I use Amon for everything else.
When I do NAND from Amon though I cant seem to name my recoveries so I dont use it.

Do you run that zip through recovery like a normal rom? Or do you install in some other fashion and neeed to rename?

EDIT: I ran through fastboot and didnt fix it. (unless I need to rename the file or something)

Just stuck the PC.zip file on SD card and rebooted into recovery and let it update on its own. Didn't rename. Sucks it's not working for some.

weird because that is the first way I tried it and still erring on flashing clockword.
Obviously going back and doing a restore from my last restore will not put it back to prior working order will it?

When mine wasn't working, I was contemplating a restore and retrying to reflash...doubt if nandroid covers the actual recovery method though..I even tried flashing alternate clockword from ROM Mgr. and that didn't work for me either..maybe Rom related, could install alternate Rom, then try to update...then go back to good Rom...if it's possible...

EDIT: see 3.0.0.0 in Rom Manager...maybe fixed.

EDITEDIT: Flashed 3.0.0.0 from Rom Manager and it worked right away...and it's orange...version number definitely issue there.

Mine shows as version 3.0.0.2

Oops, Clockwork shows as 3.0.0.0 my bad

see I can do alternate recovery fine. its just getting any of the CW versions to flash now that is giving me the error.

interesting enuff. . . . .
When I boot to recovery it allows me to boot to clockwork recovery instead of Amon now. However when I try to flash recovery in Rom manager it gives me the error.

Maybe a Rom Manager problem?
