Whether big or small, there are always events worth noting and taking pictures of every single week. It could be a big game for your favorite sports team, a birthday party or maybe a school-related celebration — as long as it's an event, it'll fit the prompt this week. Do your best to capture the essence of whatever event is going on, and enter it this week.

One winner will take home a prize this week - the Big Blue Party speaker from Brookstone

Entering is easy. Just drop your entry below. Tell us what Android you used to get the picture, and any back story you want to add to it. We'll close this down Sunday (March 19th) night at 11:59 PM ET, and announce the winner on the blog with the next contest.

A few simple guidelines for entering:

• Pictures must be taken with an Android device
• Pictures must be uploaded to the contest thread. I'm not running all over the Internet to track them down.
• You have to tell us what device you used to take the picture, and any special software you might have used. Editing your pictures is fine — this is art.
• Feel free to add a little back story — we want to know how the picture came to be.
• You must have used a valid email address to register here at AC, so I know how to contact the winner.
• Only one entry per contest per person.

Ok I'm NOT quite sure if this will count, it's a video FULL of pictures taken with my Mate 9 while on a trip to Barcelona to attend both the CrackBerry 10th Anniversary party AND the BlackBerry KEYone launch announcement press conference. I took each picture, and then my phone compiled them in to this lovely video which I uploaded to YouTube. Please enjoy!

The Canadian Pacific Christmas train comes through Milwaukee every year and it's now a family tradition to make the trek down to see it. This was shot on an LG G4 from near the back of the crowd. You can (barely) see Santa up on the stage where the band is, which is a converted rail car as part of the train.

I live in Washington DC, only a few blocks from the Capitol. I decided to take my cameras out to document the Women's March as a casual neutral observer. All politics aside I just wanted to witness a political movement as it descended on my neighborhood. Some of my best shots came from my Pixel XL. I picked this as my favorite shot, taken from my Pixel XL in HDR with light editing in Snapseed. In a sea of political signs that day, my Pixel XL captured a moment of innocence and hope.

This photo was taken on my Galaxy S7. Was in Chicago last June with some co-workers, and we decided to see a White Sox game. As you can tell by the fireworks, the Sox won that game. I was never able to capture fireworks with a phone, but the Galaxy S7 is truly remarkable in low light. The photo was edited slightly in Snapseed (contrast, saturation, etc.).
