Cloud agent stopped working why

Heyneed help &answers,i was in my text message and buddy of mines sent me a picture text when i tapped on the image it said Unfortunately Cloud agent has stopped working can anyone help me out i Googled search for answers but no luck can some one help me out by the way i have a note 3 Samsung....help asap please

Sign out of Dropbox and then sign back in.
Didn't think it would work ....but it did. Great Fix

The dropbox solution worked for my note 2 as well. Thanks guys

This happened with the Update of Samsung Knox Security. It has nothing to do with Dropbox or Gallery. Here's the fix
1) Go to Application Manager under ALL look for com.sec.enterprise.knox... and com.sec.knox eventsmanager and do a FORCE Stop.
2) Also under DOWNLOADED goto Security Policy Updates and do a FORCE STOP to stop the irritating notification "An application has been forced to stop for an unauthorized attempt to access system in your device" that appears for no reason.
