Samsung Galaxy J3 V (SM-J337V) (Android 9). Phone was unlocked. I obtained logical extraction via Cellebrite. Attempted file system extraction by placing phone into download mode and running the file system extraction method via Cellebrite UFED Touch. Phone re-booted, but stopped at the splash screen with 'CMDLINE parameter modified' in red letters at top of screen. Phone will no longer boot past this screen.

Cellebrite is a company that specializes in mobile data recovery world-wide. Where can I get stock firmware? Does it matter that FRP lock is 'On'? I would need access to the phone content to turn this off. When I place phone into download mode it shows 'FRP lock On'.

FRP is protected by the user account.
Cellebrite you don't get stock firmware for Samsung.

Why are you trying to get mobile data on a FRP phone ?

Not my phone, owner of phone is deceased (probable suicide) and family would like their son's data. Law enforcement is interested in communications data to see who the son was talking with, if anybody, prior to the suicide.

We don't talk about privacy of other people phones .

Law enforcement (if it's not some small town sheriff's office) does have the right tools, or knowledge of who does, and can get a warrant, since it's an investigation into a possible manslaughter.

Not undoable, but not for us to get involved.
