Cnnecting Google Pixel3 to my Ford KA - There is no Media Option?

[Android Central Question]

It connects fine with calls and contect sharing but when I go into the Bluetooth setting for the car, there is no option to turn on Media?

Kind of annoying as I have to take a speaker with me to listen to my spotify playlists, although the Radio works fine!

Welcome to Android Central! What model year is the car? Are you using the factory-installed stereo or an aftermarket?

Older stereo systems might only have Bluetooth phone connections, and not media streaming. That was the case with my old 2008 BMW 535i.
