Understood about talking about INC in the Nexus thread, but I think this ZDNet article is very important here. More "rumblings" that the INC is the N1 for VZW and there won't be any VZW N1:
Is Droid Incredible actually a Nexus One, but without the Google store experience? | Between the Lines | ZDNet.com
I'm sorry but the idea of an similarly different phone that didn't involve Google in the design process would be the new Nexus One is crazy to me. Why would Google put on the phone website that the Nexus One with Verizon Wireless service is coming. Why not just put the Incredible coming soon to Verizon. The Nexus One is the Nexus One, I can't see them calling it the Nexus One on the Google website, and then do a switch-aroo and only sell the Incredible through Verizon only. This would be the same thing as Apple putting on their website iPhone coming soon to Verizon Wireless...then right at the end changing the design, and exclusively giving it to Verizon and calling it the "All Mighty". Am I wrong?
