Connect to a switch

Hi, looking for advice please. I have an OnHub in my upstairs office connected to my modem which connects to an 8 port switch for some items in the office. Off that switch I run a cat 5 downstairs to another switch for other items.

I am wondering could I connect my google wifi from the first switch downstairs and then the second switch to the Google wifi for mesh and wires backhaul?

You could go two different ways:

Modem --> OnHub --> Switch --> Switch --> Google Wifi
Modem --> OnHub --> Switch --> Google Wifi -->Switch

Either way should work fine. Google gives examples at https://support.google.com/wifi/answer/7215624?hl=en
