I am trying to use a USB Digital Microscope (Carson Zorb)
25639.jpg

Phone is Samsung Galaxy S6.

Bought an OTG cable. When I plug the camera/OTG cable into the phone, the microscopes LED lights up, but I have not been able to view it on my phone screen. I have the app "USB Camera Trial", not sure if that is what I should be using.

I also downloaded "USB Host Diagnostics". Supposedly this will tell me if my phone allows me to do this?
The results read:
KERNEL
Claims support: Yes
Device detected: Yes

VERDICT
OS support: Yes
3rd party apps: Full

I believe this is what it's supposed to say if my device is capable.

I just can't get it working....

It's possible that the device requires its own software/drivers to actually view camera output. According to Carson's website, "The latest zOrb version is compatible with Windows 10/8/8.1/7/Vista/XP SP2+ and Mac OS X 10.11.x - 10.4.9. A USB 2.0 or 3.0 port is required. * DOES NOT WORK WITH TABLETS *" ( zOrb | MM-480 | MM480 | Microscopes | USB | Digital )
