Connecting to another Android remotely via SSH?

I want to be able to connect to another Android from my Android via SSH.. is this possible?

I've already installed ConnectBot on my phone, but do I need to install an SSH client on the phone I want to connect to?

You would need an sshd (server) on the phone you connect to.
connectbot is an ssh client.

Ok, but what would the command be? "ssh [name of the phone I want to connect to]@[IP address of that phone on my local WiFi network]"?

Usage is entirely dependent upon the programs you use. Read their documentation, or support pages.
I do not use connectbot, so can't tell you anything about how to use it.
