connecting to computer via sync

is anyone else having a problem using htc sync to connect your phone ?

Have you installed the .5581 version? It is supposed to update Synch for the Vivid, Rezound and Rhyme.

Also, Synch is NOT an auto-run process. You have to open Synch and tell it you're there from the phone.

Yeah I was told to install astro file manager that cleared it up thanks.
