That's not what the Mngr at BB told me. He said it comes with a thirty day return policy (same phone after 15 days) but only 15 days for exchanges. Kind of odd but that's what he told me.

I had both the Incredible and X. I still use the X and for me the screen size is the difference. They are great phones and when it came to froyo the Incredible got it first by a couple of weeks. You can get some off the chart quadrant score with X if you over clock it.
