Constantly rebooting, random signal loss.

In Chicago, T-mobile signal has been great for me for years--until I got this phone 10 days ago. Signal fluctuates between x zero bars and 4 bars while stationary, inside and out. It can show 4 bars but when I attempt to make a call, it repeated will not be able to connect.

I did an online support chat yesterday, they 'refreshed' my signal/sim. Had a signal that worked for about 10 minutes, then it returned to its poor, unreliable reception.

I'm taking this back to the t-mobile store where I got it today. If I exchange it I want another 14 days to get out of my contract and to revert back to my old situation. If I can't get another full trial period, I'm out. Not sure if I would go sprint or what.

I love everything about this phone but the connectivity is a deal breaker.

Consider pay to unlock it. That way you use other networks to get signal....

There's an update coming in the next few days, and one of the bugs it's supposed to squish is signal fluctuation.
