Contact Photos When Dialing?

Ok, I have searched online and in the forums and apparently I am just slowwwww.

I have photos associated with all of my Google contacts - did it via Gmail but ... when I call someone or get a call all I see is the stock grey silhouette?

Can someone help?

Try re-syncing your contacts altogether.

I find contact pictures to be really wonky.
