Contact Scroll

When I scroll through my contacts, it jumps back to the last contact I touched. Is there a way to make this go away, or am I doomed?

I'm not sure what your asking. Do you mean the contact preview on the right side of the screen is locked on the last person you touched? If so it will preview the last contact you touched and when scrolling if It doesn't stop moving it will remain on that last contact and once you stop scrolling the next contact you press will be previewed.
