Contacts do not appear during calls, incoming or out.

When I make a call from my Galaxy J7, even if I begin the call by selecting a contact, the contact does not appear on the screen during the call, only their phone number.

This is even worse on incoming calls. Even if the caller is one of my saves contacts, I cannot see their contact info, only their phone number. I use my phone for business, so this just won't work.

This just started a couple days ago. I've had this phone over a year. I do not believe it coincided with an update.
