Contacts not syncing after GB update

Right after I updated to Gingerbread, I had around like 100 contacts. I had all the accounts checked and forced them to sync and I'm still stuck with around 24 contacts. Any idea why?

Never mind figured it out

Just out of curiousity, how did you resolve it? I have a few users at my work who can't get their Exchange Calendar to synch on thier Droid X devices.
