I am having some issues with my contacts, some show up some don't. I went into the app section on my Rezound and the app looks like a crumpled paper.

How does one fix this?

I can honestly say I've never seen that before. Are these all google contacts? Can you clear data on contacts? If that doesn't work, you can try reloading the stock software(RUU), or take it back to Verizon for an exchange.

was all of your contacts showing up before? In the people app, you can select what contacts to see, phone, sim, or Google, make sure to have the appropriate ones selected. Iirc,in the people app, tap on the top bar.


If some Google contacts aren't showing up, make sure that they are showing up under "my contacts" when you log in to your Google account. (google.com/contacts)
