February is fitness month at Mobile Nations, and you know what that means? we all get together to get in shape, share tips and tricks and recipes for success, review amazing apps and accessories, give away great prizes, and have a ton of fun!

This here is as our first contest, STEPPING UP! Every day this week there'll be a thread right here in the forums -- starting with this one! -- and all you have to do to enter to win is tell us what exercise or activity you did today. It can be walking or running, playing soccer or doing yoga, swimming or dancing -- anything that makes you move. If you have a Fitbit, Nike Fuelband, JAWBONE UP, or any gadget with a pedometer, you can simply share your results!

At the end of each day, we'll pick one winner and give them a $20 gift certificate. How's that for motivation?!

So get ready, and get posting in the thread below!
 
I'm scheduled for a spinning class this evening. Will post my MotoActv workout summary page tonight after class.

Did floor exercises to get my heart rate up and burn that fat. I use A Hiit Interval timer from the play store to keep track of time and when I need to move to the next thing.
 
Short 1.33 mile walk at a 4.25 mph pace, push ups and sit ups tonight after work if the pending home repair doesn't take long possibly a short run also.

Endomondo and Note II paced the walk. Use Mult Reps app for the push ups and sit ups and stuff. Garmin 410 for the run unless I go the dreadmill route.
 
100 crunches and an hour of Walk Away the Pounds (4 Mile) low impact aerobics.

* edit* I only got 100 crunches in before my abs said screw off... LOL

3 miles on the treadmill most nights. My TF101 tablet has taken some bumps and is on its last leg, but it still serves up the Netflix streaming to keep me going. (Shameless admission: I'm currently streaming "Once Upon a Time" season 1 during workouts...)

Walked over a mile this morning - another mile later this afternoon followed by an intense spin class early evening! Would appreciate thoughts on best app for capturing stats (calories, heart rate, etc) associated with spin classes as I do that 5 times/week.
 
I walk about a mile to and from work. It snowed in Chicago today, so it felt longer than that.

I practiced using a 7 ft. nylon bullwhip for about an hour (30 minutes per hand - trying to be ambidextrous with the whip). Some rounds of sideflicks, cattleman's crack, slow/fast figure 8's, Tasmanian cutback, Victorian cutback (hit my shoulder with that one >.<), then some wrapping and targeting. That was fun :D
