Continue to be amazed with battery life

Yesterday left house at 730 am with 98% charge. Went all day checking emails, texting, along with gaming and linked to galaxy gear. This morning at 9 am at 23%. Amazed how well the battery last and I am a heavy user. This also includes having Facebook check frequently and two mail apps. One that checks every minute and the other pushing.
No way EVER get that with my iPhone 5.

My galaxy gear is also holding battery life as well. Used all day yesterday and this am at 68%.

The Note 3 and the Gear both have pretty great battery life I continue to be pleasantly surprised.

Battery life is amazing. Used navigation then watched a episode of Modern family and have been browsing online without wifi and I have 93% been off the charger since 9am

I'm doing something wrong. I'm not getting that battery life at all.

I've updated settings which helped. Not sure where I'm screwing up. I don't have push notifications for really anything.

just did. almost charged to 100 so i'll see how it does for the rest of the day.

the life isn't bad at all, it just isn't getting what everyone else seems to be getting

It's on par on power savemode with my iPhone 5. This thing guzzles battery. Thank goodness for large battery. I can't wait for my spare battery to arrive.

My Note does not drink battery, at least I don't feel like it does:

BlueTooth is typically on to accommodate my Galaxy Gear, as are location services (WiFi only).

I say this thing guzzles battery because the battery lasts about the same length in spite of its 3200mah vs 2200mah(?) of iPhone.

Well, it does have a far superior display, more RAM, and a higher end CPU. I wouldn't expect it to be the Prius of phones.

As stated mine has been great and keeps chugging along. It charges fast as well.

I have 17% left after 18 hours moderately intensive use. 17% = another two hours left at least.

This is why I note!

Do you guys use auto brightness or keep it at 50%? Just got my Note 3 yesterday, hoping to get as good of battery life as I see people get on here.

Does anyone know how you would reset this back to 0? My timer is on 3 days and counting right now, but I've charged it since then.

You have to charge the phone to either full or over 90% I believe.

This is my battery. Unplugged around 530 AM (EST) this morning and then left for work at 6:30 AM (that was the wifi time).

Not bad at all for tethering my buddies phone most of the day so far... Streaming music and even CNN live TV. Brightness on 20%. Mobile data usage only since 6:30 AM.

:D.
