I am so tired of my Galaxy Nexus and all of the issues. Full bars 3/4g but all grayed out and I cannot make calls nor does my Google Maps work (EXTREMELY frustrating). I am just tired of it.
Does anyone know what I need to do to cancel my contract and not have them charge me? I've tried replacing my phones (on #5 now), I've tried reasoning with them, I've tried asking for a different phone but all they want to offer me are garbage devices, I've asked for an early upgrade. Nothing works.
Do I need to send Verizon a certified letter or call the disconnection department and tell them why I am cancelling and ask them to note my account or what? You would think this would be cost prohibitive for them to keep sending me refurbished phones over and over again.
Please help...
