CosmicExperia 3.5 Files

A Question...
Is there any update to this rom, or this is the last that came out?

There are several updates to this ROM unfortunately they all require the .35 kernel which we do not have yet. This is the best (IMHO) non stock ROM that we have. FYI the ROM was eventually replaced by a rom called Perfect Pesto (v1.7 is the highest I think) and it is much more evolved than this ROM but this just just more reason why we need a good .35 kernel.

Are you on the new baseband or the old? If your on the old try clearing all your caches and such and reinstalling everything if your on the new then this rom isnt going to work for you.

I reinstalled all again, and the same problem. I really don't know if the phone is old or new baseband :(
Any way to know it?
And sorry for ask this here but in case I'm in new baseband, what ROM and kernel you recommend me to install?

did you upgrade using the LG upgrade program so that you got 2.3.4 from them if so then your on the new base band of not your still on the old. If your on the new base band then you need to fine a .35 kernel and a rom that supports it I reccommend the Stock ROM that was hacked somewhere in the forms because right now we dont have a 100% working .35 kernel other than the stock one.

For the upgraded baseband try this ROM

Thanks donavan for the help
I have the CosmicExperia working good with my sim card and I have the old baseband :)
Now I only have two problems with the ROM, one is the keyboard isn't appearing in the screen, and the other is when I go to settings>about phone> it says "The application settings (process com.android.settings) has stopped unexpectedly. please try again."
I installed all the files in the correct order, and reboot & clean cache everytime for each file
So I don't know what it is, any idea?

You probably shouldnt have cleared all the caches and such between installing each file. Also do you have the GAPPS installed that seems to cause some weird issues if its not there?

I reinstalled all without clearing caches and it's working very good right now :)
Thanks!

I did at one point too ... cleared and reinstalled and everything worked ok after that.

Can you explain your method of clearing data/flashing along with what kernel you used? Thanks.

Welll, i first boot into recovery, as you now the colors are all messed up, then i go to perform backup, then i wipe dalvik cache, then wipe data/ factory reset, then i clean the cache partition, after that i go to flash the rom, i reboot and i see if everithing is working, like the wifi, the bluetooth, the data, if it recognizes the sim card and the sd card, if everything works i go into recovery and i flash jobans .32 kernel, i reboot and i check if everything works again.
