Countdown Timer

I'm switching from BlackBerry to Incredible. I love the Berry's countdown timer, but an annoying thing is that it cannot alert me at 00:00:00 with a vibration or a tone when I'm talking on the phone. Only notification is an on-the screen "Timer Done" window. No good when I'm on the phone, because I don't want to be paying attention to the screen when I'm on the phone. The Incredible seems to have the same problem. Anyone got a fix?? An app that doesn't unduly use up the battery, but does sound or vibe an alert while the phone is in use?
