Take it to your nearest Radio Shack. Radio Shack does smartphone repairs. Otherwise look for a smartphone repair place near you. You can send it to Samsung , but it's time consuming. It will usually take 2 to 3 weeks to get your Note back. You will have to call for a quote.

If your carrier has a accidental damage plan you should maybe get that and then report your camera broken. Here in Canada the carrier provide such a plan for an extra $7 a month.If you break or drop your phone in a puddle they'll replace it.
