Crazy touchscreen issues with my LG G4

[AC Question]

I have had recurrent instances of "crazy touchscreen" with my LG G4. There were once coming once in a blue moon, and now it happens everyday, sometimes several times a day. Basically, the touchscreen acts as if i was clicking all over the place randomly and very fast. At the same time, the picture quality is not as good with some banding in the light.

Has anybody experienced this issue. Would a hard reset solve this or does this look like a return to LG?

Hello,

i rarely use my phone while charging, so I can't comment on that, but it happens when not charging. I haven't tried safe mode yet. It's not heat related. On the other hand, it happens a lot when I am in the commuting train, and I am starting to wonder if this is related to some electromagentic fields interferences...
