create system img of official 6.0.1 without unwanted apps

iam building system img with unwanted apps removed but i do not know which to keep and which to remove anyone could help please ?

Since I don't use Live Wallpaper, I'd remove those 2, but that's about it. The rest are either apps that different carriers need (Fido), standard Android apps (calendar, calculator) or part of the system. (And a lot of those folders are probably blank. You could probably also remove the SIM Contacts folder, since contacts should never be stored n the SIM (it's 2018, not 2003).
