Creating the squares that allow me to put several apps in the square?

My Galaxy 6 EdGET came with two squares on the home screen that help several apps. One was named Google, and held six app icons. When I task the square it enlarges, and then I tap the app I want to launch it. But I can't see how to make more.

You mean folders?? Drag an icon over top of another icon and it will ask you to make a folder and name it.
