CRT animation

I'm running the official. 605 update and used the one click root. What is the easiest way to get the crt animation on it. I tried flashing it when I was running the two part pre rooted. 602 and got caught in a boot loop. Any help would be appreciated.

Not sure if this still works but its still just a zip you can flash in CWR, worse case you'l be back where you started.
